Starting at the root and moving upward, visualize each chakra as a spinning wheel of light. Imagine energy flowing through each center, clearing blockages, and activating vitality. You can use color visualization (red for root, orange for sacral, yellow for solar plexus, green for heart, blue for throat, indigo for third eye, violet or white for crown) to enhance the process.
Speak positive affirmations for each chakra. For example:
